- Provided facilitation services for an association roundtable
- Provided facilitation serves for a consultation with Association executives on how Best Cities could improve its product

Gold Coast – ten day engagement to improve BT environment
- Met with over 250 of the tourism staff, from Hotel GM to front line staff to develop common understanding of strategy.
- Consulted with GC BT staff to develop action plan

Routes Unlimited – Cape Town Tourism – February 2006
- Conducted breakfast workshop for local suppliers involved in business tourism
- Held workshop for business tourism staff

Tourism Vancouver – January 2006
- Facilitated meeting with National Association Executives to collect feedback about destination
- Organized workshop for national Association executives on re-engineering meetings

Gold Coast Tourism – Started February 2006
- Developing the Business tourism potential of this destination with the various local partners (Hotels, attractions, convention centre, etc.)

  - Met with government leaders (Mayor, City Counselors, Provincial MP, etc.)
